At no additional cost, if you desire, I will sign and/or dedicate the book to you. You can have the book both signed and dedicated to your name; or only signed, with no dedication. If you’d like it dedicated to someone else other than you, please shoot me an email after you submit your order.

Shipping & Pricing

I am committing to shipping my books using eco-friendly, 100% compostable mailers starting on orders shipped on January 25, 2021. For that reason, I respectfully add a .50 cent handling charge to the book’s suggested listing price ($18.99), to a total of $19.49. The product price you see here includes that. For shipping methods, you will have a couple of options including media mail, which is relatively cheaper at $3.33 for most orders.
